They are always on time, very responsible and there is no one else out there that can install the floors the way to these guys do.   We are hotel contractors and have over 100 rooms that needed flooring installed, we met with Yanni had two meetings with him at his store & warehouse and knew he was the man for the job, as one can imagine we are pressed for time to get our hotel completed and opened for business, not only did Yanni deliver excellent quality flooring, remarkable pricing, ease of communication and an amazing crew to come install he far exceeded the time line which I gave him 5 weeks and he finished in 2 weeks Exceptional work I highly recommend this company I have several other locations and will continue doing business with Yanni @ The Flooring Factory Outlet to do all our flooring
