  On Dec. 15, 2017 I walked into home depot on crutches & grabbed a shopping cart, went by a dozen employees, most talking on there phones & not paying attention to customers. One employee asked if I needed help & told me we're to find it and offered to get it for me. NO ONE in the store told me that you have motorized shopping carts. I saw them at the EXIT DOOR when I was leaving... Not the entrance. I think I'll be shopping at Lowe's from now on. Better customers service. To post this I had to give it at least 1 star, one too many.
