- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆June 30, 2019, by Pop ballerVery polite workers! Honestly, I believe this is one of the best. The subs here are outstanding and the service is great. One minor issue is at the deli. This department doesn't have proper training, I observe this at every Publix. They lack some of the proper sanitary procedures from the food service such as Changing gloves and replacing and cleaning utensils after each use. Also the employees in this department do not have a uniform way of preparing something.
