  This is by far the WORST branch of AT&T to go to, I never do reviews but I had to for this store, they lie and change up their stories every time I asked questions. I came here to adjust a situation that they already screwed up on by them adding a line to our account that we didn't need, we had to find someone to pick up that line because they wouldn't let us cancel it without us losing our promotion, even though they screwed up our account already, so when we brought a person to pick up that line and new number, even though the fat guy told us it was okay someone coming in from any carrier to pick up this line, they said that we couldn't do it when we got there. I'm tired of this store and have came 3 times to make sure that we had and heard everything right, but they all lie every single time, if I wasn't tied to AT&T right now I would have left the company for Verizon or any other carrier, because this place is rediculous.
